No refunds are available for delegate tickets unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled. Refunds may occasionally be offered at the discretion of the management.
Refunds are available for exhibition stands on the terms listed below:
Within 7 days of payment: 75% of the total cost is refundable
Within 14 days of payment: 50% of the total cost is refundable
After 14 days of payment: non refundable
All refund applications for exhibition stands must be made in writing via e-mail to: info@ecoinnovate.co.uk not later than 7 days after the payment has been made. Applications for refunds made after 21 days of payment shall not be honoured and the client shall not be entitled to any refunds at all.
All applications for refunds must be accompanied by an attachment of the original payment receipt. If payment has been made online, copy of the payment code and details from WorldPay.
Due to their nature, no refunds are available for all categories of advertising and sponsorship.
